Big Time Rush in 2011, the Disney Channel Vs. Nickelodeon in 2012, Summer Fun 2013, Frozen in 2104, Pop Hits in 2015, Adventures in Babysitting 2016, Trolls in 2017 and the Greatest Showman in 2018!

While attending the dance camp located at Tarpon Springs High School (Tarpon Springs MIDDLE School for 2019), the campers will learn various dance techniques and routines to exciting upbeat songs. From ballet to hip hop, each day will be an opportunity for your child to learn and perform multiple routines and partake in various events throughout the week. This exciting summer dance camp is instructed by teachers from the Tarpon Springs Leadership Conservatory for the Arts and will have special guest clinicians from the Pinellas County area. Dance Camp students must be from the ages of 7 to 10 and may live ANYWHERE in the Tampa Bay Area. There is also an Middle and High School dance camp for siblings! There is also a 3-6 year old Tiny Tots dance camp too! All children are eligible who live anywhere, including but not limited to: Palm Harbor, East Lake, Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, Trinity, Oldsmar Tampa, and New Port Richey. Typical Schedule:
Monday campers can expect to stretch with the “big kids” and then break into just elementary aged students. The staff will begin teaching basic technique and immediately start working on the ballet routine. After lunch, the campers will get to do arts and crafts which are ALWAYS incorporated into the Thursday Showcase! After arts and crafts, students will finish their ballet piece and re-group with the “big kids” to review their morning group routine.
Tuesday, the eager campers will review the group routine with the Middle and High School dancers and then review their very own ballet piece. It’s usually Jazz time on Tuesday morning! After lunch, again arts and crafts, with the afternoon focused on finishing their Jazz routine. At the end of the day the elementary dancers will showcase their ballet and jazz for the “big kids” to show how much they have learned in two day!
The rest of the week works very similar with different arts and crafts, different routines and a day of getting ready for the big finale on Thursday. Thursday’s showcase typically consists of 15 pieces between the Tiny Tots, Minis and Junior dancers, with a big production at the end featuring an anticipated 150 dancers!
